Robinson Bluff

Robinson Bluff is a privately developed, outdoor rock climbing destination near St. Louis, Mo. Apple Core Creative worked with the development team to create a full branding platform, including tagline, logo and merchandise. We engaged the climbing community, interviewed owners and stakeholders, and surveyed climbers. These findings, paired with an in-depth comparison study informed the destination's comprehensive brand plan including its brand prominence, differentiators, brand voice and values. 


As for its visual identity, we designed a logo and defined brand standards. Within a relatively short timeframe, Robinson Bluff’s relatable new brand was creating buzz ahead of its Spring 2018 grand opening. In addition to designing flyers, signage, business cards, a fact sheet and website, Apple Core Creative worked with Terrain Magazine to publish a 1,000-word article highlighting the new crag.
