YourSTLCourts makes the region’s 80+ fragmented, municipal courts more accessible to more people. Apple Core Creative led its community engagement, including events and surveys with court users, judges and clerks. In addition to designing the visual brand—logo design, police handouts, fliers, signage and digital graphics—we developed the product launch strategy, managed its social media, drafted radio spots and produced an instructional video. Public relations included launch-week media, resulting in two on-air radio appearances and 14 local/national stories.

Public Engagement Activities:
- Identified community assets and built a tiered communications strategy to engage each one
- Drafted, coordinated and analyzed field and digital surveys along with anecdotal feedback to inform new strategies and messaging
- Partnered with local university to deploy students to survey court users at municipal courts
- Engaged court clerks and municipal judges to share their experience
- Once in beta, field tested the tool with traffic court users
